Selling prices of goods

Indicated prices include tax.
Payments that need to be made in addition to the payment for purchased goods
- Shipping fee: A shipping fee of 550 yen (including tax) is charged to deliver the goods anywhere in Japan. However, we offer free shipping when the amount of the order is 5,500 yen or more (including tax) and all of the ordered goods are delivered to a single destination.

By credit card or UnionPay card / At convenience store / With a payment app (Alipay)
When to pay
- Credit card: The payment date differs according to the settlement date of your credit card company and the contents of your contract with the company. Please check with the company.
- UnionPay card: Depending on the type of card, withdrawal for the payment may be made immediately after the completion of the order. Please ask your card company for details.
- Convenience store: Payment shall be made within seven days of the completion of the order.
- Alipay: Withdrawal of the payment is made immediately after the completion of the order.
When the goods are delivered
Normally, goods are delivered to the address specified 3 or 4 days after payment is confirmed.
*Delivery to some areas, including Okinawa, will take 4 or 5 days longer than above.
If a product is defective, damaged during transportation, or an incorrect product is delivered, please call 0120−50-0824 (toll free) within 14 days of the arrival of the product. Please call between 10:00 and 12:00 or 13:00 and 17:00 on weekdays (not on Saturdays and Sundays or during the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and summer holidays). We apologize for any inconvenience. We do not accept requests for the return or replacement of a product or the cancellation of a completed order when the request made for a reason attributable to the customer.
