How to Transfer Points to Beauty Key
Register for a Beauty Key Membership
Before Proceeding (Please Read Carefully)
Customers who wish to transfer your THE GINZA Members Club points to Beauty Key points are kindly requested to review the following two items and complete the necessary procedures.
- ①Please register for Beauty Key in advance using the link below:
If you have already completed your Beauty Key registration, no further registration is required.
②Verification of Registered Information
When registering for Beauty Key, please ensure that your registered information for THE GINZA Members Club matches your Beauty Key membership information (email address, full name, date of birth, telephone number, and address).
Points will be transferred only after both sets of information have been reviewed and verified as identical.

Apply for Points Transfer
Please access the link below and log in to Beauty Key.
Transfer Points
Enter Your THE GINZA Membership ID
and Provide Your Consent
Q1: Please enter your THE GINZA Membership ID.
Copy the THE GINZA “Membership ID” indicated at the beginning of the email titled:
“[Important] Notice on the Transfer of THE GINZA Members Club Points to Beauty Key Points”
and enter it in the Q1 response field.
Please note that the transfer procedure cannot be completed if an incorrect Membership ID is entered.
Q2:Consent and Application Submission
After reviewing and agreeing to the stated terms, please select “Apply for Points Transfer” and proceed by clicking “Next.”
Review and Confirmation
Please carefully review the information provided and click the “Submit” button to finalize your application.
Completion of Application
Once your application has been successfully submitted, a confirmation screen stating “Your application has been received” will appear.
For your records, please save this screen (e.g., by taking a screenshot).
Kindly retain this confirmation until you receive the points transfer notification email, which is scheduled to be sent in late August.
Please note that this application form allows multiple submissions.
If you have completed the procedure using an incorrect THE GINZA Membership ID, please resubmit the form with the correct Membership ID.
Application Deadline
July 10, 2026 (Friday)
- Please be advised that if the procedure is not completed by the above deadline, your points will not be transferred and will automatically expire.
Process After Completing the Points Transfer Procedure
- ・Customers who have completed the points transfer procedure will receive an email from us in late August notifying them of the scheduled number of points to be granted. Upon receipt of this notification, the points may be used as Beauty Key points.
- ・Even after completing the points transfer procedure, points may continue to be used for purchases on THE GINZA Official Online Store until Tuesday, June 30.
The number of points eligible for transfer will be the balance held as of Tuesday, June 30, the date on which THE GINZA Official Online Store shopping services will be discontinued. - ・The completion of the points transfer is scheduled for approximately Tuesday, September 1. Once the transfer has been finalized, you will be notified by email from Shiseido Japan Co., Ltd., the operator of Beauty Key.
